Order Processing

Orders placed before 11am are packaged and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 11am on business days, weekends and/or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

Due to our processing times, once you have submitted your order, we are unable to change the items in your order. If you need to make a change to your order or delivery address, please contact us as soon as you can. Please note amendments to delivery addresses are not always possible.

Shipping Services

Within Canada, our packages are delivered on a premium courier service such as UPS, Purolator, Fedex, Canpar. Delivery will be noted to leave at front door, unless you have indicated otherwise when ordering.

Delivery times for most locations are 2-3 business days and will vary depending on location. We recommend allowing up to 7 business days for delivery of your first shipment.

Delivery times can be impacted by things beyond our control including inclement weather, world events, service volumes etc.

Changing Your Order

Once you have submitted your order, we are unable to change the items in your order. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as you can. Please note amendments to delivery addresses are not always possible.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information and your tracking information will be added to your order history within your account. You can track your order online with your tracking information with the selected courier of choice.
